Reserve your Parlour Cart experience!

Click the BOOK button below and complete the form with your event details. We'll check availability and prepare your booking. 

 If your date is available, we'll send you a contract and invoice. Once your contract is signed and your booking payment is received, your date is officially reserved. 

Approximately one month before your event, we'll contact you with our current flavour selection. You'll also have the opportunity to:

• Choose your ice cream flavours 
• Add premium flavours 
• Add waffle cones, toppings, signage or other extras

Two weeks before your event, we'll ask you to confirm:

• Final guest count 
• Flavour selections 
• Any upgrades or add-ons 

After this point, we begin preparing for your event, so no further changes can be made.

We'll arrive, around 45 mins before service begins to set up your beautiful Parlour Cart, and serve delicious ice cream while you relax and enjoy your celebration.
